L’étude porte principalement sur la pertinence de l’information et sa répartition entre l’article lexicographique et l’encadré correspondant. La conclusion générale est que dans ce cas précis, le grand potentiel informatif des encadrés n’est pas toujours suffisamment bien exploité : tantôt ils sont redondants par rapport aux articles, tantôt ils contiennent des informations qui auraient dû figurer dans ceux-ci. En outre, certains de ces encadrés seraient plus utiles dans la partie polonais-français des dictionnaires examinés. The paper analyses nine boxed texts complementing the entries devoted to prepositions, taken from five recent French-Polish dictionaries of small or medium size. The main problem is the pertinence of lexicographic data and their distribution between the lexicographic entry and the corresponding text box. A general conclusion is that, in this particular case, the big informative potential of text boxes is not always exploited well enough : sometimes they are redundant in comparison to the entries, sometimes they contain information which should have been given in the entry.
